Project Cost $ 4.7 Million Responsible for all project submittals and RFI’s, change orders, coordination of all construction aspects of project with adjacent stages while filming, recording or rehearsing shows like SPIN CITY, TWO GUYS & A GIRL and MALCOLM IN THE MIDDLE, separation between the stages and new construction was 9”, responsible for safety, building permits, coordination of all life safety inspections with government agencies for Certificate of Occupancy and Architectural Punch-list for Owner occupancy.

Kaiser Permanente Parking Structure Seismic Upgrade, 6 Story Concrete Structure that was upgraded while in service, Riverside, CA.
Project Cost $ 2.9 Million. This project had structural steel, new concrete sheer walls, new concrete gunite walls, fiber wrapping system of 95 concrete columns, epoxy injection, and added walks tying into new concrete sheer walls, fiber wrapping system and structural steel. Finished project 4 months ahead of schedule.
Kaiser Permanente Medical Office Building Seismic Upgrade, 8 Story Concrete Structure that was upgraded while in service, Los Angeles, CA.
Project Cost $ 3.2 Million. Responsible for all construction coordination while facility was fully functional. This project included the 1nstallation of 6”, 12” and 18” Structural Gunite Walls on the exterior and interior of the L-Shaped building, added interior concrete columns and beams, added structural steel, added concrete decks and relocated utility lines as required for upgrade. Finished project 2 months ahead of schedule.
